I’m sure you are aware of the important role that Women Healing Women, Inc. plays in helping women whose lives are impacted by situations of IPV (intimate partner violence) and sexual violence. This year’s fund raising goal is $25,000, which will allow Women Healing Women to continue providing services to the women who are in need of our assistance, by providing services that are client centered and mission driven.
Our Mission –We are committed to the wholistic healing of women survivors of sexual and domestic violence, and the subsequent secondary trauma, via support, education, and counseling with a specific focus on long-term survivor effects, and marginalized communities. (2015 SMART GOALS)
In order to continue making a difference in the lives of the women we support at Women Healing Women, Inc., it is vital for this year’s capital campaign to be a success. In 2014 we served 76 women in direct services, including: counseling, resourcing and referring. We served hundreds more in our community outreach efforts. Imagine how much more we could do with your support!
Our Circle of Friends– We are asking our Friends of Women Healing Women to assist us by making a donation of 100.00. This can be accomplished by a one-time donation or by setting up recurring payments for only $10 per month right here. Can we count on you to make a donation to this important cause? By making a tax-deductible donation to our capital campaign, you’ll be directly contributing to acquiring office space, workshop space for our programs such as “Love Doesn’t Hurt”, “Take Back Your Body Workshop”, “-Reflections” and others.
Additionally, you’ll be recognized for your generosity as a capital campaign supporter on the Women Healing Women website, newsletter and FaceBook page.
Women Healing Women is depending on your assistance and generosity. Thank you for your consideration and continued support.
